The AirAddict ParaTreks are trips that involve hiking and flying. These trips are also known as Vol Biv. The expeditions include the disciplines of hiking and flying and are NON-competitive outings with the primary focuses being exploration and personal achievement. Pilots will need to be rated a minimum of P3 with significant experience in mountain thermal conditions and have at least an intermediate ability to hike in remote areas. Participants must be skilled with basic survival techniques, excellent judgment, a complete understanding of GPS and radio equipment and terrain maps. The ability to read a Sectional Map is strongly encouraged.
